Overview
HM Plastic offers Triple layer configuration (inner layer and outer layer: 10% to 25% each, middle layer: 50% to 80%) is intended to assign a specific feature to each layer (for instance high purity material in the inner layer, regrind material in the middle layer, antistatic additive in the outer layer).
It meets customer purity requirements, minimizes material waste and keeps product costs down when transporting specialty chemicals in our Triple layer HDPE drums.
Multilayer design includes a wetted inner layer of virgin HDPE material for use in applications where purity is critical.
Blow molding in three layers enables us to maintain purity in the inner layer, minimize material waste in the middle layer and use additives and colorants in the outer layer for added strength.
We have invested in blow molding technology to give our customers the highest purity HDPE drums currently available, in addition to having higher purity lower trace metals and fewer particles than current HDPE drums.

Features
3 Layer drums provided two openings of 70 mm and 100% leakproof plugs with sealing gaskets. These drums are best suited for packaging liquid and semi-solid products, including most hazardous chemicals.
